Real estate development participates in the Tunisian economic dynamics in a significant way. A property developer is the person who intervenes in all stages of housing construction. The number of homes built by real estate developers amounted to more than 10,000 per year during the 2011-2016 five-year period against 14,000 homes in 2010. However, the number of authorized developers reached 3,000 in 2016 against 2,000 in 2010
