The CONECT Training Companies, resulting from a transfer of know-how between Switzerland and Tunisia, offer young graduates looking for a job, a very efficient in-company training system, focused on the practice of on the one hand, and on “soft skills” (social skills and personal development), on the other hand. The integration rate at the end of the training is 80%.
Carried out in the workplace with personalized supervision, the training offered by CONECT’EE focuses on practice on the one hand, and on “soft skills” (social and personal development skills) on the other.
It leads to a certification awarded on the basis of a rigorous and uncompromising evaluation system.
The professions concerned relate in particular to commerce and the tertiary sector: back office, distance selling and sales reps, marketing, corporate communication, events, web mastering / design, accounting, human resources management HRM, executive assistants, etc.
For young graduates looking for a job, CONECT’ee is thus a very efficient in-company training system, ensuring the transition between the student environment, mostly theoretical, and the professional world with its real and concrete requirements.
